Erika was in her mid thirties and she had twin boys. She was married at one time but she and her husband at the time ended up divorcing because their marriage simply wasn't working out. All they used to do was fight. Erika was seeing a new guy named Jason but that relationship just ended when Erika found out Jason was banging some 20 something year old. Jason soon broke up with her after that.

For days, Erika has been in bed crying and a mess over the breakup. The twins have been at camp so she's had the house to herself. After pulling herself together, Erika gets into her car and drives over to her ex's place. She knows her ex has been seeing someone else too but she just needed someone.

She took a deep breath, knocked on the door, her eyes were red and hurting from crying. She hoped her ex was home.

Greg had never thought what would happen as he strolled down the street, whispering a tune quietly, somewhat absent minded.

Until he saw a very attractive woman standing outside his older brother's home on the street. The day was quite chilly, even though the sun was out, and he wondered what was she doing out there. And worse. She seemed quite pissed off at something, her eyes swollen as if she had cried the whole day.

Slowly approaching, he cleared his throat, remaining at a respectful distance from her.

"Excuse me, can I help you? Are you looking for Jason?"

Erika waited outside for awhile, hoping it was just taking Jason awhile to get to the door. But after awhile she figured out he probably wasn't home. She had a crumpled tissue in her hand as she turned to leave, hearing a soft voice. She turned to see Greg standing there, Jason's younger brother.

"Oh, hi Greg." I say softly. "I, um, was looking for Jason." I tell him. I had been married to Jason for a few years and we had twin boys together. We had been divorced for a few years now but always had been amicable. It was odd, even after our divorce, we were still amicable.

She had cried on the walk over here but she had been able to pull herself together for now. It took everything she had not to start crying again. Her brown bangs were falling over here eyes so she pushed them out of the way. "Can you, um, tell Jason to call me when it gets home?"

"Ah, Erika, it's you."

She looked terrible. Really, really terrible. What should be going on with her to be looking so miserable? He could only guess. It had been quite some time since he had last seen her, but she looked so devatated that he had trouble recognizing the woman.

"Yeah, sure.", Greg said, polite. He was still in his mid-twenties, and still about to be in his prime. "But tell me, what happened? You look terrible. Something happened to the twins?"

She knew she probably looked like shit. She hadn't been doing much the last few days. With her twins away at camp, she hadn't moved from her bed in a few days and she couldn't even remember the last time she put makeup on so she knew she looked pretty bad. Her bangs fell over her eyes once more and she pushed them to the side.

"Thanks, that makes me feel great." She tried to laugh but it just came out as a pathetic laugh. "No, no..the boys are fine. They're away at camp for a few days." She told Greg. Her fingers fidgeted with the crumpled tissue in her hand.

"It's not that important. Can you just have Jason call me whenever he gets home?" She asked softly. She was just going to curl herself back up in bed when she got home, not wanting anyone to see her looking like this.

Greg would probably have a nice laugh at her expense once she was gone.

"No."

"You can't be 'just fine'. Tell me, what's going on? Why are you looking so sad? C'mon, you need to talk about it with someone."

Greg had been a friend. Not a particularly personal friend, but a good friend nonetheless. To see Erika like that had torn his heart in a way he did not felt for long.

"Say, let's get to your home so we can talk. Jason would rather mock you if he saw you like this. C'mon."

"I thought you'd be the one to laugh at me." She laughed a bit pathetically. She really didn't want to talk about her now ex boyfriend because he was a cheating bastard who broke her heart. She laughed a little as she began walking back down to the street to where her house was. She crossed her arms against her chest as she walked it really took everything she had not to cry. But her eyes hurt so much from crying.

"I, um, was dating a new guy named Johnny. Turns out he was nothing but a cheating bastard." She said, looking down at the ground as she walked. It sucked because she actually liked the guy and she thought he liked her too until he started banging someone younger.

you sure have bad luck with men don't you I said. You are a beautiful woman, surely you can find someone to treat you right? I placed my hand on her back as walked and slowly moved it to her her shoulder so were walking with my arm around her.

"Well, some guys are just douches..."

Greg took both hands to his jeans' pockets, and walked with her down the street. Perhaps a little proximity and warm comments, coupled with understanding silence was all that she needed, after all.

"I just don't get it. You're hot, Erika. Why the guys you pick up always disregard your feelings due to their hard-ons?"

She tried to find some humor in that but she couldn't. She just let out a pathetic laugh as they finally reached her place. Once inside, she tossed her keys on the table. "Sorry about the mess.." She said. With the twins at camp, she hadn't been doing much.

"Can I get you a drink or anything?" She asked him as they headed into the kitchen. "I guess the problem this time was he was screwing some 20 something in a tight sweater at the office."

"Don't be. My house is this mess plus three."

Greg accompanied Erika into the house, watching how did she move her hips around. Even though in this situation, he found her really, really hot. Perhaps it was because his brother once had her. Perhaps it was because she WAS gorgeous for his tastes.

"Only if you drink something as well.", he followed her into the kitchen, never taking his eyes out of her ass, "Shit. I'm telling you, Erika, I can't understand these guys. 20 year olds are just naive girl that can't do a thing right."

He quieted for a moment, thinking.

"How did you've find out?"

She went into the cabinets and grabbed some glasses, putting them down on the counter and filled them both up with wine. I brought both glasses over to the counter before sitting down. I held my wine glass in my hand.

"You know, things weren't going well for awhile. But I wasn't going to be one of those nagging girlfriends. He spent nights away and I figured he was just tired and didn't want to spend time with me." I say with a sigh, taking a sip of wine.

"One day I surprised him with lunch at work and found he was out of the office. I began to suspect there was someone else. He finally told me there was someone at work." I say, looking down at my wine glass.

I've stood laying my back at the counter, taking sip after sip of the wine while hearing Erika speak for some time, just nodding in quiet understanding rather than interrupting her every phrase.

"That's... sad. If he did so, it's clearly because he did not deserve you, Erika. You're a fine woman, a great mom, and a hot one at that. You should take it easier. That guy is a bastard if he did so without even considering talking to you."

"Yeah well, he found someone in a tight sweater and he banged her." I say, taking another sip of my wine. "She was a slut anyway." I mumbled as I looked down at my wine.

"I swear, I'm just a screw up. All the men I've been with, it never works out or they end up fucking someone younger." I laughed a bit pathetically.

"Perhaps you should start wearing tight sweaters."

I've joked with her, taking another sip of wine, my cheeks reddening before I could speak anything else.

"I can't believe it. Really? How's that?", I've approached Erika, laying my glass on the table and sitting, pulling my chair closer to hers, "It's simply... impossible! You are awesome! I bet you must be very sexy and quite able in the bed. At least that's what Jason told me..."

I laughed when he said I should start wearing tight sweaters. I knew he was trying to make me feel better. I felt pretty shitty as it was but he was helping a little bit.

"OH great, I love that your brother told me about my abilities in bed." I laughed a bit, hitting your chest a bit. "If it wasn't so pathetic, I would laugh that mostly all the men I've dated, ending up fucking younger, immature woman who don't know shit." I say, a little bitter.

"I doubt that's true. C'mon, I know that you must have a lot of techniques those young sluts could not even start to match. You should just start doing them more, get less shy in bed and... perhaps... more picky in partners."

I smiled back at her poke. I took my hand to her thigh, grabbing it as showing her I did care.

"You are awesome, Erika."

"Oh shut up! I'm actually surprised you're not laughing at my misery right now." I smiled and laughed as he touched my thigh. I was sensitive there, a bit ticklish.

"I'm not that wild type so you can get that image out of your head right now." I teased him softly

"Great! I prefer this type, after all. Your type.", I've said, taking my hand at her thigh from a grip to a caress, taking her touch against me as a long tease, in turn.

"Why should I laught at you? Jason is that kind of guy. I just... admire you. I like you, Erika."

I felt his hand at my thigh and instead of a grip, it was a soft caress. His touch was comforting and very nice. I didn't even bother pushing his hand away because a soft, loving touch like that was nice..more than I has felt from anyone in awhile.

"Admire me? Now you're really going to make me laugh. No offense, I always thought you were more of the immature type."

I was still to shy to proceed, but kept caressing her, adjusting myself to get even closer to Erika, my fingers working round patterns around her thigh.

"Nah. I swear that I've tried, but those girls are just plain jerks, stupid bitches, dying of famine in order to try and get pretty to no one. Who thinks a wooden board is pretty?"

My voice lowered as I've kept caressing her, turning out to sound low... seductive? I could not tell.

"I like you very much, Erika. Really."

I blushed a little. His touch was innocent but nice. Usually I didn't let anyone touch me like this but I felt comfortable with him, and I liked how his hand felt on my thigh, it was loving and soft.

"Thank you for that. And you're not as immature as I thought. You're younger than your brother but it seems you're much more mature than he was." I whisper. I was a little older now but I wanted what anyone else wanted...to feel special

"Hey, girl, no problem about that. I mean it."

I've said, taking my head forward to slowly, very slowly touch my forehead at hers, staring deeply at her eyes as my caresses started to grow ever more bold. I knew I was hitting a line, here, but my longing for Erika was starting to tingle. For the first time in years I've desired her.

"Greg, you've been really amazing to me today. More than anyone has been to me in a long time." I whisper, leaning my forehead to his. I could smell his cologne, and it was one of my favorites. It just smelled so manly against him.

"You're really a great guy and I don't want to keep you here listening to how much my life sucks right now."
