i dont know how to reduce the resolution. i cant make them bigger for the file size.

i'm using Microsoft Photo Editor. would it be easier to use Photoshop? and if so how do i do it?

I usually do my pics 640x480 and if still to big try reducing the brightness on them hope that helps you
