When my batteries charge I was going to take a pic of my bookshelf. The top has my Japanese bowls and tea set.
Second shelf has my manga books, plus tea cups I got from Dickens sweet shop (english store) and the third has books, like nancy drew, but it has an origami set, three bookmarks, one is Kakashi, one is Harry Potter the other is Footprints in the sand. Then on the other side is two journals, One is Narnia the other is Footprints in the sand.

But I am hopefully planning to go to AE next year dressed up like Tohru Honda, I will be making my own costume.

You wouldn't like my bookshelves... far too much non-manga... except for Battle Royale and adaptations of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. There are others, but less known.

I've only dressed up as mystery men, like the original Sandman.

Although, any girl dressed as Sophitia or Cassandra from Soul Caliber is definitely on my list of favorite people.

In fact, right now my computer is on my window sill... (laptop)
My desk, well imagine it is four feet long, 3 feet goes straight, and the fourth foot is raised about half a foot. Well, for 2 feet is my anoles Cage and then on the raised part is part of the bookshelf and it extends to the other food of the flat part, so I had to put books underneath it so it wouldn't wobble. lol

I read all my sister's when I was a kid... more of those than the Hardy Boys, believe it or not. I think the 99 Steps was my favorite.

Then I moved on to Sherlock Holmes and never looked back.
