I like the overall idea, but with sexual harassment laws in the workplace Walt's suggestions seem a bit far fetched.

Maybe the whole story is set in another time. Let's say it's 1953 .... no sexual harrasment laws (at least not the same as today).

where OI live, female /female 'harassment' is illegal too. Harassment is subjectively defined, meaning if a coworker doesn't like how you look at them, you are in trouble.

Here's a twist idea:

Boss gets a harassment complaint. Ends up separately seducing both the complaintant ( oh, tell me what happened....pooor baby) and the accused( a bdsm discipline angle?)

she had to run away from lit to hide from legal problems - she's sort of half back now but her old name was too long to register again so now she's prtylilstranger - she likes the general board and has pretty much given up on all other forums.

erm...no...it didn't = ) charm was quite right about it being another lost cause. i have many.

i still like the idea but probably won't ever write it - my lil outline is up for grabs if anyone wants to steal it
