Yesterday I added a scoop of ice cream into mine. I'm gonna start gaining if I don't lay off the sweets. I've had a roungh month and tend to indulge.

Oh god. I used to do that at work all the time. I LOVED it!!

I used to add the Ice Cream and Caramel. Sometimes we had a Raspberry sauce (for deserts) and I was in heaven.
