I consider myself to be in a reasonable state. *massaging my own ego* but you don't realise until you attempt to do some form of exersize, how unhealthy you are.

O, i don't know. The pissed myself look is making a come back this year. It's all the rage, with the infirm.

Choc its the daytime I'm worried about at the moment, we can't check into the B&B until 4 so its finding something to do until then ( I'm hoping the traffic won't be too bad going down )
