New England

[sueanninct]

Nice, quiet evening at home. Wish I didn't have work tomorrow, oh well. Since there's nothing decent on the tube tonight, I'll be playing Unreal Tournament on my PC. Talk to ya later!

Jaded - if Keebler isn't coming to the cookout, I could bring dessert.

[tigerjen]

Yeah...definitely a quiet night here on the New England thread,
and got to talk to Jaded on the phone tonite.......he's doing well
but very tired from getting much done w/ his new van and other
chores.........

Tried calling Keebler but left my number and for him to call me
back when he could........

Just jumping on to wish you a happy Yom Kippur!

[jdu]

Good Monday am.

Boy did it rain yesterday!! I took 4 kids on a hike before it rained. We had a great time. Then hit the indoor pool to continue our fun while keeping out of the rain (odd really, going swimming to keep dry).

one of NE's best assets is the outdoors. What are your best assets?

Good morning to everyone and a happy Yom Kippur to the jewish community.

1) Can the Patriots rock any more than they did yesterday? The only thing better than demolishing an opponent like they did yesterday is demolishing an opponent from NY.

2) Monday monday...la laaaaa, laaa la laaa la...
Somebody needs to issue an edict turning all Mondays into paid holidays so we only have 4-day work weeks.

3) Slightly soggy out, but will get better throughout the day.

Hey Sueann,.. you like football *and* play Unreal tournament *and* have a libido that just won't quit?? Good god woman, where have you been all my life!!

Okay, question for everyone. I have to go to *another* engagement party this weekend and I need a gift idea. Any suggestions?

It's much cooler near the coastline here. But the drizzle is still kind of a downer.

1) I don't know, but I wouldn't mind seeing it.

2) 4-day work week sounds good to me.

3) It did get better, still humid though.

4) I've been in Connecticut.

Engagement party gift - do either of them collect anything? My best friend collects these figurines called Pocket Dragons. For her engagement party, I got her a pair of pocket dragons dressed as a bride and groom. She loved them.

School's ok, I'm dropping some classes because of lack of time though

Thanks about the Stang - even though it's technically the boyfriend's, I DID pay tax on the hood. It's not really a car built for speed, it's more of an all-in-one - looks, speed (low 14s), and sound. We're planning on gettin a notch and building it so it runs 9s. Ahhh, dreams....

Ahhh, college....the good old days. Going to class, hanging out with friends, jello shots when the nuns weren't looking, bubble ballons in the women's shower....Oops, did I say that out loud?
