Leaves are beginning to change nicely. I had a great hike on the Appalachian Trail a few days ago.

Yes I work the overnite shift at my job.......got another
overnite tonite and then Friday nite.

Just found out this week that starting next week, because
of my other co-worker's school situation (she does the
other overnites) I will be working the Monday-Tuesday
overnite, then going back in Tuesday nite 7pm-11pm,
then working my regular wednesday-thursday and thurs.
thru friday overnites.....which means i"ll have friday nites,
all of saturday, and all of sunday off

No problem sweetie... I was bouncing around threads anyways, and wasn't always on Lit. all night either. But we'll chat some more of course another time. Your interest in football and Unreal tournament and animation piques my interest.

Been watching football for years. It started back in the 80's, when my brother was going to Ohio State, but I don't watch college football anymore.

I love playing Unreal, but I don't play online. I get my ass kicked a lot. By the way, there's a new one coming out next month. I CAN'T WAIT! Other games I love include Deus Ex, Thief, and No One Lives Forever (all have sequels coming out soon).

As for animation, I'm mostly into Looney Tunes and Disney. Also like Tom and Jerry. What can I say...part of me is still living as a child!

I can't watch college football much either. Not sure why. But when the Patriots are this exciting, who cares!!

These days I primarily play Warcraft 3... unless my roommate cons me into a game of NFL2k3 for PS2. Can't get away from the pigskin. But it looks like you have a passion for the action/adventure type games.

I like the stuff on Cartoon Network mostly.... although some of them are just dumb. Disney is hit or miss with me. I miss all the old robot cartoons from the 80's. It's fun not growing up.

A thousand yrs ago when I was just a baby I had a best friend named SueAnn...in Ct. Fairfield Center, to be exact, and we had a third- Susie... and Oh!! What times we had!! It was 1969 and The Duchess ruled the loop- McDonald's wasn't thought of, the junkies were all up behind Friendly's on Black Rock, the Harley's at Dunkin' Donuts were lined up so pretty!! An ounce was killer and cost $8.00 but if you were broke you could pay me later! Sleeping on the beach..listening to Jimi from Tommy's big speakers across the channel at St. Mary's... Hank, Bruzzy, Shelby, Masher...where is everyone??

Weekend plans

What's everyone doing this weekend? There's a good chance I'll be at the Big E on Saturday. Other than that, I don't really have any plans. And it's only a few more weeks until the cookout at Jaded's!

Well Sunday is a wash. My *brilliant* roommate scheduled his engagement party at the same time football is going on. So instead of getting to watch the rough and tumble of my beloved Patriots, I'll be sipping wine and nibbling cheese with my ever so sophisticated friends. *sigh*

Saturday is laundry day. But after that, my time is my own. One of the few perks of being single. I don't know what I'll do yet. Wanna come on up for the day? We could watching nothing but cartoons.

I remember you emailing me a while ago....good to see you
here on the New England thread! Yes......Duchess,
McDonalds, and Dunkin Donuts are still in the traffic circle
area!! Friendlys on Black Rock Tnpke closed a few years
ago....... St Mary's By the Sea in Black Rock.......
beautiful place to go walking.......and the beaches in
town.....Jennings, Penfield..........

Hey Tiger!! Yeah- I've kept up w/ most of the changes... My parents had a house in Easton til 2 yrs ago... Dad died and we sold it. The Center's just not the same anymore- too many Yuppies- not enough Hippies! I think I'm a bit older than you- but I bet we have at least 1 mutual acquaintance... Did you go to Ludlowe? Do you know Cap Gleacher? Heather or Jesse Duncan? It's fun goin back down that Memory Lane... back then McD's was nothing but a huge field...only the Dairy Queen was there...and it was wall to wall hippies... cops wouldn't even bother to bust anyone... just drove by and waved!!
