Maybe the threat of a thunderstorm scared people away

nothing has happened over here where I am in CT.......but

Good morning all! Didn't get any thunderstorms yesterday, but it is much cooler this morning. Time to turn off the AC and open all the windows!

And lucky me, I get to look at this beautiful, gorgeous weather from my tiny little cubicle at work. Grrrrr!

I have to work 3-9pm today ..........who knows what's going
on where I'm working but hopefully will be able to get the
residents out into this lovely weather!!

I think the storms passed over us......and this morning,
woke up to the most wonderful weather!!!! AHHHhhhh!!

Still very nice out. At least the wind died down. My folks called from the beach in Maine and said there were gusts of up to 50 mph!

Last night was the deadiest I seen it in a long time

Well, TJ you got your wish its much cooler than the last couple of days. I woke up the morning and throught how nice it would be to take the day off. Just sit out side at the glass table with a cup of coffee. Perhaps read a book and just listen to the birds chirping

You probably heard what happened at the Southbury traing school! They have been without water for two days now. They get their water from a reservoir. Well the reservoir went bone dry. The fire department and the army reserves have been trucking in water to them
