Only 2 more days of work to go. I have a feeling they're going to drag along very slowly.

I'm leaving Friday morning, and should be back Tuesday afternoon. My family will be staying for the rest of the week. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the time off from work to stay.

I still have six days of vacation left and have a hell of a time getting any days off

I am planning on the day before and the day after Thanksgiving. This will give me five days off in a row

After this weekend, I'll have four and a half days left. I want to save some for christmas, since I'll probably be going to my brother's. I can't wait to see him and his family this weekend.

My dad grew up in Portland, and he worked at the fishing docks when he was in high school. We've been to Old Orchard Beach for vacation lots of times. Great place, but the main drag is way too crowded. Our cottage is on a private beach, so luckily we didn't have the crowds, but traffic was a mess!

Christmas is on a Wednesday this year. Unfortunately, my company won't post our work schedule for that week until early November, so I have to wait for a while.
