My sister and I played beauty parlour tonight (i'm a cosmetologist She helped me apply my color and I did her nails. (cut my own hair too, but I'm a trained professional, do NOT try that at home) She wanted to take the polish home with her so she could do her toes. Once I started applying the polish I loved the color. So then I had to put it on my toes before she left. Can't go in for surgery without pretty feet, ya know--- priorities. Busy evening, however my morning/afternoon was spent with my niece and nephews, playing and of course...haircuts. Anyway, this is my life!

I did have a good day, but I had to take a nap after running around with the kids for 5 hours. This was the first time my sister and I did anything like this. We've never had a "sisters night", I said that it's something we make sure to do once a month. She and I have always butted heads. It took 33 years for us to "appreciate" (like ma & pa would say) each other. But now we are finally friends.
Thank goodness for the telephone and camera!!
