It's only 30 miles or so to downtown Boston from my place. You should come up more often!

peek a boo

Hello Fellow New England Cyberlings :D I hope someone stops by to say hi. :( My sister and I played beauty parlour tonight (i'm a cosmetologist ;) She helped me apply my color and I did her nails. (cut my own hair too, but I'm a trained professional, do NOT try that at home) She wanted to take the polish home with her so she could do her toes. Once I started applying the polish I loved the color. So then I had to put it on my toes before she left. Can't go in for surgery without pretty feet, ya know--- priorities. Busy evening, however my morning/afternoon was spent with my niece and nephews, playing and of course...haircuts. Anyway, this is my life! :p :p :p

It's raining, it's pouring...

I don't mind this weather at all. I'm enjoying a nice cool breeze coming in my windows, I've got my cup of tea here with me, wearing my comfy jammies and kitty slippers. All I need is a fireplace to complete it!:)

Hi Naughty!

I'm glad your day was better than mine. I spent it cleaning my apartment. Ugh!!:(

Hiya Sueann, sorry about your day.:( I did have a good day, but I had to take a nap after running around with the kids for 5 hours. This was the first time my sister and I did anything like this. We've never had a "sisters night", I said that it's something we make sure to do once a month. She and I have always butted heads. It took 33 years for us to "appreciate" (like ma & pa would say) each other. But now we are finally friends. :D

That's great to hear. My brother and I don't exactly butt heads, but we don't talk much either. There are times when I do wish that we were closer. I'm going to try talking to him more often.

I just saw him and his family on the cape this past weekend. My nephew and nieces are adorable. Unfortunately, they live in Ohio, so I only get to see them once or twice a year.:(

*frowning* I'm sorry that you can't see them frequently. I am very lucky, my sister is in the next town over. I see my niece and nephews all the time. They are my

The only relatives who live near me are my mom and dad, who are 15 minutes from here. My brother is in Ohio, and my uncles are in Virginia.

How true! In fact, I took a bunch of pictures of them, and I'm going to have them made into a calendar to give to my parents for Christmas.

That's a great idea!!! They'll love that!!! Where is everyone tonight??

I know someone who's in here but isn't talking to me anymore.

I guess they have plans for the evening. Oh well, I guess that means it's ladies night!!:D

Good evening ladies!

Sueann.....and Naughty........good to see you in here
tonite!!! :)

*huggies all around!!*

This weather is dreary but its good stay-indoors weather
.........slept this afternoon (after the overnite)......got up,
took a nice hot shower, went out and got Subway for
dinner, came back and was on Lit for a little bit....then
phone...now back here again......
