Mmm I don't think admiring a belly button is a fetish - is it?
Maybe if you had to lick it or something whenever you were about to get rudies with your partner then it would be ? Haha

However I do love how soft the underneath feel.. But that's about as far as it goes for me - but each to their own !
Yea I don't understand it either. I remember when i was about 5 I had a babysitter who was watching a few of us - she had a friend over and decided we should lick their feet - all the other kids were crying but my heart was pumping I could not wait to get at those feet. So I have always thought nothing is more sexy than a lovely ladies feet. Now when guys talk about butts I wrinkle up my nose cuz I sure don't want to touch Anyones butt. Go figure .
