Doesn't an artistic director need to be very hands on? Setting up shots, arranging things in the proper places, etc.

Well, seems like I have a new job. Better give my boss two-weeks notice, I am sure that I'll be more than a bit busy with this one!! Of course, all applications need a photo set for pre-approval
