Just copy the location of the image you want (right click on it, and choose the 'copy image location' option), then when you're in lit's 'post reply' screen click on the IMG button (in the vB Code menu above where you write your post) and paste the image location into that dialogue box - make sure to paste over the 'http:\\' that is automatically already inserted (otherwise the address will have two 'http:\\'s at the beginning).

Go to the bottom of that list to the properties option. In there the location of the image will be listed.

Hmmm, well if you're running explorer I can't help you there, I've never used it, I run netscape when I'm on windows and mozilla when I'm on linux - both of them have the option to copy image location. Is there an option to 'view image'? That would take you to screen that's blank except for the image, and you could just copy the location from your browser's navigation bar. Or if you have a 'properties' option do what Spectral said. Hope something works for you!

This is what I get

Ok, I see the problem, you're trying to post an image that's in your computer's file system - you can only show those as attachments. To show a picture in a post the picture has to be on a web page somewhere, the location you put in the {img} dialogue box must be an internet location - not a location in your computer. Any valid address will start with 'http://' (note: this is just a way to recognize valid addresses, adding 'http://' won't make the location you posted valid).
