Although I have to respectfully disagree on the movies...Pitch Black was awesome. Chronicles of Riddick...ehhhh...it was a bad attempt at a sequel, if you can even call it that.

Actually chronicles of riddick was not the sequel to pitch black. Escape from butcher bay was the sequel to pitch black but it was never realeased in theaters, only on dvd.
There were supposed to be 6 movies in the series, but vin got wrapped up in other movies, like fast and furious, and its sequel that he couldn't finish them.

I love all of the movies and the only reason a lot of people don't like Chronicles of Riddick is cause it's so different from Pitch black. But they are both absolutely freaking awesome so shoosh.
I wish they could have done more cause I would have loved to see the worlds they created in Chronicles expanded upon.
