I think Jerseyman would agree...I'll admit it!!! LMAO

Seriously, one of the things that surprised me about Lit was how friendly and nice most people are. No judgements, no nastiness....for the most part. A good place to open your mind to the possibilities...

The other thing that impressed me was how damn smart and insightful a lot of people are. I usually hang around the How To board and the HT Cafe, and there's a lot of good conversation, and a lot of insightful advice offered. Yeah, there's a fair degree of mindlessness on Lit, same as anywhere, but in general, when you find the right people they're friendly, nice, nonjudgemental, open minded, smart and insightful. I was looking for something just like this, and sites like AFF and Match and E Harmony and whatever weren't doing it. I really wanted to be able to talk with some folks, maybe more, but not necessarily. The day I found Lit I thought, bingo! This is it.

And on that subject, does the E Harmony guy bug anyone as much as he bugs me? I mean, I don't want Uncle Wiggly hooking me up. I want Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston hooking me up.

guess she knows no better.....that's the problem with being so young....not enough experiece to no what your missing

at times i would love to have a go at the girls i was with early on....to make up for how bad it must have been....lol

Now THERE'S a great quote and thought, Zam. How many of us would, if the timing and circumstances were right, like to be with one of their early BF's or GF's again, knowing what you know now, having had all that experience in between? Not everyone I've ever been with falls into that category for me, but I can think of one or two old GF's that I am pretty sure it would be pretty intense to be with again, bringing the mileage of the intervening years to bed with us.

Why do you think us girls always go for older men? LMAO

Enlighten us if you would, on this subject. Why DO girls always go for older men? I can think of some obvious reasons, but am curious what you might have to say.

Well, now we know who the topless woman in the bleachers was...

Wow...you know...I never thought about it...but ya'll are right, if I knew then what I know now....I'd prolly still be with my first fiancee. I totally believe he was my soulmate....but DAMN was he lousy in bed...I was a virgin (yeah once upon a time, even GG was a virgin) and even I knew he was lousy. Of course, now I could help him...guide him to the right things to do.....

I was being a smartass...LOL...but since I have a few minutes before I leave.....

I, personally, have always gravitated toward older men. I have had a few dates with younger ones, most didn't work out. Older men are more confident. Less pushy. Most anyway. LOL They know how to treat a woman like a human instead of a piece of meat. I dated a 26 year old one time who couldn't quite get the fact that I wasn't going to fawn all over him because he said wanted to fuck me (yeah..he used those exact words about 10 minutes into our date).

There are more reasons....I'm just not awake enough yet to have a philisophical debate on the advantages of older men vs. younger men.

And before anyone gets offended...this has been a generalization (oh the horror) and there are always exceptions to the rule!!!! I don't judge anyone by their age!!! Unless he's like 18 or 19 trying to pick me up....I'm 35 folks...that's just TOO young for me.

I'm with Fire here...older men tend to be confident in themselves, they know how to treat a LADY, they want sex just as much as the 19 yo, but they usually know how to word it a bit better than "wanna fuck, I'm really hung". And most of all...they know how to last, 15 minutes isn't a time to have sex in, it's time to rev the engine.

I tried monogamy once.....I didn't like it....that was an experiment in futility...it physically lasted 5 years.....legally...well..we won't get into that...I'd like to stay out of jail today.

now there you go,grabbing us by the ears always thinking we need directions, lol :p

You are both so very correct!! Older men can be so much more attentive to you, and not just all about how they feel. Although teaching a younger man does have some advantages !! ;) :p
