well i do not think they can not even vote in canada because it is well illegal for non canadian citizens to vote in canada

and also because when we go to like a rec center or a school where we go to vote and line up you have to show any kind of canadian government id to the volunteers which i think in canada they are also called pollsters too like in usa in order to go and vote at the booth
