Just a general observation - while balls get tons of coverage as symbols, figure of speech, props in physical comedy and torture (which may of course be very sexual), I don't see them fetishized and obsessed over like almost every other genital or sex characteristic. At least not in het erotica and porn, other than, again, as a convenient "weak spot" to torture.
No one really obsesses over balls as, like, sexually interesting?
And it's not even that "they just kinda dangle there", because I know for a fact we got threads for like the mons veneris, and of course tits, in all their glory, aren't exacly all that prehensile either and yet that doesn't keep them from being a long-time mega blockbuster with all sorts of audiences.
