That's possibly because there are a lot of married men whose wives do not, in fact, follow their kinks. Do you suppose that it's not a line to try to get you to perform, but, in fact, them reaching out for someone who will fulfill that need?

Just a possibility - the reason you get so many is that it is a genuine ask and more widespread than you suppose.
