You're in the suburbs, babe. I can recommend a few restaurants, but the decent watering holes and nightlife are gonna be in downtown Raleigh. I can tell you my favorite bars and restaurants: You really can't beat Fox Liquor Bar, Foundation, or Raleigh Times for bars. I love the Ashley Christensen restaurants (Poole's Diner, Beasley's chicken & waffles, Chuck's burgers, and Joule (coffee shop)), however I am a foodie. On the more reasonably priced spectrum there is Clyde Cooper's BBQ on Davie St which is worth the hassle of going to the ATM beforehand (they only take cash), and Big Ed's in City Market.
Is there anything in particular you like to do?
