Not receiving confirmation email for new profile

I'm wanting to create a new profile so that I can delete this one. I created the new one, but am not receiving the confirmation email to verify my account. My new profile name has been created, but of course I can't log into it because I have not confirmed my email due to not receiving a link. I have requested it several times. I also sent myself an email from this profile to the new profile through lit and it did not come through to the new email. I know it's not my email server as other mail has come through. Please help.

If you haven't already done so submit a bug report. From my understanding those get looked at
