Not typical BDSM

I know some of you may laugh but just trying to satisfy my curiosity, nothing more.
I have never done it but always wonder,
1- if you are master what type of typical punishment you would give
2- if you are slave what is your limit?

What considered as a good punishment?

I'm a Mistress though, not a Master
I tend to use punishments very rarely, as it is something I dislike. I firmly believe that a punishment has to be something the slave does not find pleasurable, so I base it on his personality. Ignoring him to some extend, orgasm denial, no sex, etc.

I generally do not use pain as a punishment, as I am a Sadist and thus use pain for fun, so I want the slave to know that pain is never a bad thing with me.
