We've been off the site for awhile. Life got busy after we retired.
This is our first comment back here. My wife and I both read the rant or what appears to be a plea for help.
Our only advice is what several others have written, see a few other doctors. There should be a cure.
Other than that we are curious how you could roam the world at your age and condition? Apparently you have money to waste and energy to travel. Use both to get help and hopefully someone will come along to be your friend.

Our adopted son weighs under 150# and he's lived with two different girls that fit your descriptions, except they did fuck. So it's not your looks or physical makeup.
You need to see a good doctor and get a likeable personality.

It's good to get things out in the open, hoping someone has just the right answers.
However keep in mind it was a rant and it's on an adult site for erotica.
