I read an account of some woman on Reddit describing how she ripped internal stitches when she diddle herself to an orgasm too early in her recovery. She told her husband and the eventual doctors that it happened while straining on the toilet.

The research studies for that subject would be super tricky to pull off. "We have a hundred women who just had hysterectomies. Every week, 10 will play with themselves until orgasms are achieved. During the first week, all the women tore their stitches when they came. It wasn't until week six that 9 out of 10 were able to nut without ripping anything."
