NY Times: The Hildabeast used personal email address for State Department business

It really makes no sense to me that these high ranking officials keep using personal email accounts. From the end user's perspective, it makes no difference if you are using hillary@gmail.com or hillary@state.gov.

The only reason to use is personal account is if you are doing something you don't want an official record of. I don't know if it's stupidity, some nefarious purpose, or just a sense of entitlement. But, it's wrong and the penalty should be increased.
