President Ford's library is on the U of Michigan campus at Ann Arbor. President Bush (41) has his library at Texas A&M in College Station. The libraries are administered by the NARA. The schools only provide upkeep for the grounds.

Although imo it would be ideal for teaching institutes to be free of anything that would resemble
