Sorry, I haven't turned on the news yet. How many Australians were killed by ISIS? Cus I heard they upped their terror threat, which means they had strong reason to believe there would be an attack. Did they prevent it or did it go off and kill dozens or hundreds? Cus if it's the former then we're back to well that's mildly impressive.

BobbingForKnobsDownSouth isn't aware that Isis is recruiting in the US, that they have declared war against the US, have executed Americans while making their declarations, are planning asymmetrical warfare in the United States and the rest of civilization. I know it's hard for him to accept the threats to civilization while renting a room in the uncivilized ghettos of Houston Texas but the threats are real nonetheless.

I'm aware that ISIS is recruiting in the US. What you're ignoring is that we have created a society that is sufficiently fucked where people like that can recruit in the US. That's a problem caused. . .well really by you and your constant insistence we should bomb the Middle East and Muslims for every threat real an imagined. Let them try their asymmetric warfare, bring it.

Truth is we can still stay home and do nothing, I don't give a shit. Personally I wish we had more time to let the next President handle it. Obama, having squandered all of his credibility with the vast majority of the American people, is unfit by his own convoluted words and actions to handle our security. The trouble is, he himself identified Isis as a threat to the united States, and promised to destroy them. So it is up to him to either do so, or admit he was making a political statement designed to protect the Democrat brand. We can sit around and pretend there is no threat, but if they come here and kill Americans, Obama is finished, the Democrat Party is finished.

Obama has not squandered his credibility with the US people. You just don't like him, there is a huge divide between the two. He was making a political statement but one he'll end up backing up.

Let them come here for fucks sake. Going over there wouldn't prevent that, they are recruiting Americans and Europeans and Australians. The only way we could prevent an attack here now, by attacking ISIS in Iraq and Syria is if we opened the draft, drafted every single American regardless of age and sent them to Iraq and Syria. . .and that would only work because there wouldn't be anybody left here to attack.

We are going to be hit again sooner or later. Some of it is our fault, some is shit happens, some is there are bad people in the world. However we have to accept that as reality.

I don't care one way or the other about Tea PArtiers sneaking into Mexico but lets be clear. I'm sure a few terrorists have snuck in via Mexico. I mean Mexico is notoriously lax with it's immigration policy. It would actually make more sense to sneak into the US on your way to Mexico than the other way around. But lets say it's not. A smart man would start the securing of the border by attacking the employers and drying up the jobs so the volume would be less and we can focus more of our attention on the rest of them. The harmless amassed Central and Soutn Americans can be deported and the terrorists tried. But you can't do that with floods, the work load is too big. But we all know that the truth is you're not actually scared of terrorists crossing the border, you worried about Mexicans coming here for a better life and this is a very convienent excuse.
