How much time (story wise) had it been since the battle on Mached V?

several hours ... couple of days .... weeks ???

Yes ... I am getting my ass back in gear & writing Kerra & Jono back in the story ...

I think it's the next day, but I'm not sure, since no one has slept yet. I wrote in that it was getting later in Nastasia's last post I believe, because I'm trying to get to night already. So either a day, or less than.
 
Yeah, it's the next night (the attack happened at night). Tynan is just taking Tholin to his room to rest, and then it's 'lights out'

One night? No...

Hyperspace takes time... Greatingthedisteance between A and B makes longertime to get there. So moving from mached V will take a couple hour I think, and even longer for D'Rack to get fromCoruscent to Mached IV, thenthere is the time from Yavin IV to Coruscent.

I maybe going into it a bit much, but we do need to be a little realistic with going from a planet to the next.

Thoughts?
 
Maybe even add in the time and day system into posts, like names.

Example:

Jedi Master D'Rack Fran'tok

14:00 Tuesday the 25th

or

2:00pm Friday the 30th

Any one know the Calander system for Star Wars?
 
The question was how long has it been since the battle of Mached V. I set it up that Mached V and Yavin IV were only a few hours away by hyperspace. Since the Battle happened at night, and then they fled to Yavin (which would only take a few hours, even with the small pitstop to decide where they were headed) the most it could be is the next day (or night).

I also think we're goin to have to be flexible about time issues, especially since some people only have one character in the thread. Making them wait to post, while time passes in hyperspace, would suck :) . There's only so much 'walking around a ship' that someone can do while traveling, and make their posts interesting.

For example, D'Rack just flew to Coruscant, but on Yavin no time has passed yet. Tynan is still walking Tholin to his room, Basaal and Marius have just finished the trials, Duu'Raan and Doprekka are sitting aboard a ship deciding where to go to find the source of the probe, and Kelson and Daelon are in the middle of a conversation. If we were to keep this too realistic, then you wouldn't be able to post D'Rack for at least a few days, and possibly a week, while the 'couple of hours' it takes to get to Coruscant went by. Like I said before, that would suck. I still want to find out what the hell that vision he had was all about :).

I'm getting things moving at least...

I actually only thought it up, didn't know it might have been in Star Wars.

Because such a weapon would be very powerful, I have made it so only those strong with the force can control it.... Darth Kane couldn't control it.
 
I think it was a homegame a friend of mine was in

that sounds about right, either somone VERY skilled or strong in the force could effictively use it, because the slightest screwup looses a body part

( plus, no Indiana Jones swinging acrosss ravines with this thing!)

I think I'm just pissing DW off with my short, short postings spaced days apart :p Move the plot some so I can get a clue without going back and reading the twenty pages (I've already started on that, btw)! Argh! :) Sorry DW...been really hectic around here.
 
I'm just waiting for things to catch up, time wise.

D'Rack killing Kane is allreadya week ahead of every one else.

I am wait for the "Set time" to catch up, so I can take a active role again.
 
I was wondering, do you think you could use any unique characters? Or any characters at all? I know Ab and the character I have and his are past lovers, Just thought I would see about bringing her in.

It's up to Abraxas. If he's ok with you bringing her in, I say go for it. The more the better. Just make sure it fits... Tholin has been frozen for awhile now and just recently thawed.
