OCC: The Cards your Delt

I'm guessing you haven't played lost kingdoms. I got the deck set up from there more or less. Keeping track of one monster isn't hard. Keeping track of 10 is hard. Thats my four plus your four and then you and me.

I know the battle so far breacks the rules. It dosen't matter to me as long as the rule breaking stops this next turn. Prehpas the monster limit would work better but it's not the same as what I'm doing. If we change the rule set up at this point then I should of drawn two to four more cards. The two imps when they where played and possibly when I used thos cards.

I'm seeing your point but I'm also seeing mine so please for the time being let my rule stay. I've taken your adive on several other matters when I thought they where best. Here I don't think you have the best way so please let use keep the system we have for a while longer.

Bunnies, Tantric. I hope you don't mind the rules being a little uncertin at this point but you can't expect something with a stratagey system to work bug free right away. As we go we will adjust somethings, and hopefully have a very fun game by the time we are done.

No, I've never heard of Lost Kingdoms. Sorry.

But, Cats, that means I have to remove several cards from my hand... whatever.

So what exactly do you want? Your example still doesn't make sense to me... I'm just trying to understand what you want me to do, so I can play the game.

You want me to have four cards, total, at all times? So basically I should probably only have two creatures in play at a time, so I can have two cards for receiving new spells and items?

I'm glad you can see my point, but I can't figure out what yours is. As soon as you get it through, I'll keep playing, but I'm really unsure as to what you want me to do, and what you want me to STOP doing.

Man, we should've done this before we started...

Oh, yeah. And Flash Flood does 20, not 30, remember? That's what you wrote. Devin only took 30 damage because of 20 + 10 feedback from the destruction of Purple Pudding.

man, all this is giving me a headache.

I'm done trying to explain it for tonight. I also have a head ache. I've been trying to explain this to you. Then I had a second thing to explain and then a girl I like almost killed me for makeing one to many sex jokes. I'm guessing her day was worse then mine.

Basicly just don't draw for a monster you played until it's dead. So four cards in your hand. One should be the golem the next one should be the sekelaton. Then you have the rebuke. And lastly you draw one card for the spell you used.

Yea the flood dose 20 + the 10 from the pudding. So a total of 30 to the paladin. Then 15 to the golem (30/2). It did none to my imps or me because I had been flying.

I'm not seeing the source of confusion on the floods damage. If you want to continue talking about the monsters in play still counting as a spot in your hand then PM me please. It's geting confuseing in here. Or atleast I wouldn't want to read threw this debate.

Flood does 20 damage... Pudding has 10 hp and takes 20 damage, so Devin takes 10 extra damage. Golem does NOT take 10 extra damage, only 20 normal damage, just like the pudding.

You know what? Whatever, man. Somehow I don't think I'm going to get into this Lost Kingdoms thing either. I don't think I can handle only having four cards at once. Just pretend I lose and move on with someone who likes/can understand the rules/your examples.

What do you mean I lose? Your winning.

Any how the lost kingdooms was to tell you where I got it from. I'm calling it a night myself.

Also the flood was a creative use of your card. The pudding dose double damge to water creatures from acid. If the puddings attack is acid and it works better in water, then you had taken damge from your blobs attack.

I was suprise you didn't make a comment along that move when I made it. I figured it was a cheap thing powering up my move useing your card.

Any how I'm calling it a night. Please come back latter today.

Hey bunnies nice of you to join. Two things, reduce your hit points. The hunter dose less and only has 130 hit points. I figure below 100 would be nice. Thats more or less where I would like to see the theif go asweel.

Next your tower card. I'm confused as to how it works. You said "one creature (not a Soul Card) gains +10 life and +10 attack but cannot attack" But why dose the creature gain an attack bonus if it can't attack. Also dose the move add the life 1 time or each turn?

Lowering the hitpoints is no problem. As for the Tower, I figured the extra attacking power would be used for defense; the life is refreshed each turn but not cumulative

(example: Cresent King is under the effects of Tower at the End of the Stars and cannot attack. An enemy creature attempts to attack Starlight Maiden; Cresent King intercepts and is dealt 8 damage. At the start of the next turn Cresent King gets back 8 hp from the Tower. If he were dealt 2 damage he would get 2 back, if he were dealt 12 damage however he would only get 10 back.)

The premise looked cool but I just read the actual game thread and i realized i don't need that kind of grief. Sorry Cats, I'm cutting out before I started.

Well I guess I should of figured this wouldn't work for the same reasons no has been able to get a doungens and dragons thread up and running.

Oh well at least I made an effort.
