Oh, lovely! ANOTHER Trade War. With Europe. Fucking Insanity

Did she renounce and express regret for those earlier statements she made about African Americans re: the police, and Democrats?

If so, I'll accept there's been change (despite it being a low bar to set).

Sorry for not just taking your word, but she's a prolific troll and we'll need some receipts. Provide links, please. :)
this one and the next post below might help you.

Now, as to the racist retractions... I don't know.

I thought trolls were guys like the 'dwarf' guy who follows people around and seems to have nothing but animosity to spout. From what I've read of her posts about Ukraine, I don't see her as a troll. Maybe you and I are reading different threads, or I haven't been here long enough to have seen those. Still, I do not doubt that she has made a turnabout on the felon, to the good. As I noted, there is that change.

What those earlier posts demonstrate are the original reasons for her having supported Trump. Tossing Trump aside is going to be very fashionable in the future, so I and countless others will be, understandably, wary of such turnabouts due to those underlying viewpoints.

American fascism didn't disappear when people finally denounced McCarthy, and no "mould" fitting is necessary when a person casts their own plaster IMO.

LOL. I am betwixt and between. There aresome things on which I have chaged my mind - and Trump is one of them, largely due to his idiocy on trade, tariffs, alliances and Ukraine.

There are other things, such as deportations of illegals, on which I have not changed my mind in the slightest.

Nevertheless. I consider the completely unnecessary trade wars and the fracturing of alliances and world stability, as well as the complete betrayal ofUkraine, sufficient to not vote for any GOP candidate.

The problem is that the UK tariffs aren't enough so they've created this false political narrative that US products aren't "safe."
The UK and EU market sells on the basis that food should be sourced locally, be traceable to origin and not full of additives. US Beef has growth hormones in it, it has added testosterone and contains about 20% sourced from God knows where in Latin America. Chicken Carcasses are soaked in Chlorine (household bleach) 40% of all chickens in the USA have no preventive treatment for Salmonella. US Pork is suffused with water to add weight and various salts "to enhance flavour."

The USA has weaker food standards than any other first world country. It enables the big meat packers to totally dominate the regulatory environment. US Farmers could produce far better quality but the meat packers control the politicians and are opposed to any improvements. They prefer 100% of a poor quality US. market to a competitive market where they might have to compete

Finally, if you think that EU/UK standards are tough try Japan. They would not allow US beef, sold to humans in USA, to be sold for and fed to Dogs.

Some start in a cocoon, but that doesn't mean they have to stay in that space. Inevitably, change happens, and they are freed of that haven. No less so for anyone who sees the felon for what he is, as opposed to what he claims to be:

Butterflies Can Change

Even if you try to keep them in their original state, Rory.

And yet US citizens consume those products by the millions every day, and twice on holidays, with no ill effects.

Which means either we here in the US are a LOT tougher than the rest of the planet, or the entire narrative is, like everything else anti-US, just a gigantic mound of bullshit designed to help the weak-brained cope with reality.

I don't think you are paying enough attention to all the parameters of the observed system.
Europeans don't like it, for example, when things that are not honey are allowed to be called honey. In the same way, they don't like it when meat doesn't taste good because of healthy feed, but because of hormones. It is therefore very difficult to sell American "food" in the EU.
But I'm deflecting.
So you think Americans are healthier? American life expectancy says otherwise, even if you factor out the murders by feeble-minded gun owners. Plus, Europeans have health insurance, which means they go to the doctor when they're sick and don't die from easily curable diseases (or malnutrition) just because they're poor. And yes, everyone has health insurance, even if they are poor.
Now to your silly argument. We've actually already clarified this with life expectancy, but just for you: not all diseases and poisonings are fatal. And I have never seen so many malnourished people as in the USA. And I've been to Kolkata, if you know where that is. So eat your hormone hamburger with the rodent droppings bun and enjoy low prices despite the high profits of the oligarchs.

^not much of which is true but all of it is hyped up bullshit.

Translation:
Shut up, girl, we all know you're right, but I don't like it, and if I can't think of anything, I'll try to badmouth you.

Sorry, you used the wrong AI language program for translating.

Just an example for how tough Japan is - they are pure death on GMO. Read a lovely little article where some, I believe baked cookies from NZ were shipped to Japan and rejected by Japanese Ag inspectors - turned out for GMP - the NZ bakery used non-GMO flour imported from the USA which turned out to be contaminated with traces of GMO-flours. Entire shipment rejected....... US standards are shoddy and created more by food processors than for consumer safety and health

I'm not saying it isn't. I'm saying that we eat that stuff and don't die from it.

Meanwhile the rest of the world shudders in fear of FD&C red #4.

Clearly something is wrong and I suspect it isn't with US goods.

"The EU requires products containing Red 40 to carry a warning label stating that the dye “may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.” This labeling requirement is part of the EU's broader strategy to encourage manufacturers to find safer alternatives to synthetic dyes."

Red dye #3 has recently been banned in the US. Though not in Canada or the EU. [Is it something to do with a guy with a dead worm in his brain?]

If a product doesn't need the color added, why put it in? Kind of like dyeing oranges to make them more appealing.

We eat a lot of things and don't die from it... right away. But it adds fat to our bodies, and other effects that reduce lifespan. So there is that aspect of not eating healthy.

Trump already flip-flopped on his 50% EU tariff threat. Delayed until July 9.

MAGA sheep will praise the spineless worm’s flexibility. 😆
Because they had a very nice telephone conversation and begged him for some more time to bow down and make things right... or some blah blah iteration of 'they like me or fear me' narcissistic pandering thoughts. ;)

Take your beatdown like the father who ultimately left your family wanted you to be,
not the sissy-boi nugget with "spinal issues" your mother was forced to raise alone.

Don't be so mean.
I would have liked to know which AI he uses for his Idiot-English translation.
DERP.gpt is a private language translator, due out soon. He's currently using the beta version. It's prototype training texts were Lit forum responses and some of the Lit stories posted yesterday by authors here. That's why the responses lean toward heavy insults and bad language abuse when it is cornered and unable to develop a reasoned response–about 92% of the time in most cases. Just FYI, Anna.
