Ya-kno, the funny thing is, even if 'he' takes office again and fully pardons himself (which he can't do on State charges) , that will not change the fact that he remains a convicted felon. All it does is eliminate the penalties.

In order to no longer be officially a convicted felon, you have to be fully exonerated by a Court, but even that doesn't change the fact that you were a convicted felon.
