No, no, no! Such crap would be against the rules! Standard tight boxer shorts, the type that hugs the butts and shows off the nice, firm, round globes... *drool*

I'm thinking ribbed, dark grey, and a black tank top with those tiny little arms that show off a guy's muscular arms and shoulders. They could have colored sashes to show off their country origin...

Well, that's why it would be a DED of 3.00 - NO TIGHTIE WHITIES....

I'm definately a boxer brief lover....I think the look makes me think of baseball players

Whoa-ho! did you see what the blond Russian girl (Yelena) was wearing tonight!!!! Black pantsuit with tons of sparkles...and a revealing cut the displayed her entire back on down the left hip and thigh! I think it was suppose t represent an icicle. Pretty revealing.

And the girl from Switzerland had a red and black pants...er...outfit that looked painted on. Once again, half her body, the back on down to the hip was "exposed" (actually there's flesh-colored, sheer material there). She was made to look like she had a fiery red tattoo flowing down from her right arm, over breasts and on down. Pretty sexy if a little disconcerting. Fierbird motiff, I think.

I suspect that a lot of the costume designers are in a time warp--but then, from the feeling I get, I think ice skating as a sport it in a time warp. Never heard so many uninspired music choices!

Loved the costume worn by the Japanese, gold medal winner. Very yin-yang in with it's light-blue/dark-blue.

Ohmygosh! You're right! There was the other Japanese girl (who didn't make it to the finals) in the Lord-of-the-Rings black and embroidered dress, and now this one from Star Trek!

Well, at least the Japanese are out of the 70's-80's time warp and in to fantasyland--which is where ice skating should be!
