Once Only For You

Holy crap Rae...amazing avatar!

I think that may be my favorite one of yours yet!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend, sweetie.

I really hate that about this area. It takes forever to get anywhere, even just down the street sometimes.

Yes I agree, and the fact that if you take metro or car you can't always guarentee which will get you there first.

Thanks, it's an old one but glad you like it - I do too!

I had a nice weekend, ended up getting my car back which is extremely nice. My car has been getting work done for the past 2 weeks so I've missed having that freedom where you can go run errands whenever you want, I've also missed groceries!

Groceries are a good thing! Congrats on getting the car back :)

Now, to convince you to drive that thing out next weekend to tour a brewery I'm considering visiting up that way.....

Heya R. How have ya been? Kill all those roaches and neighbors yet? :)

I just bought a new car this week, so I'm enjoying that a lot. No more taking the bus for me, woo hoo.

Miss talking to you silly.

I've never been to a brewery before. Visiting for pleasure or business?

Cars are damn convienent things. Glad you're enjoying it. :) I miss talking to you too! I don't really talk to people here much, the times I'm available are usually off-peak and to quick to manage full conversations. School will do that for you though.

Not particularly, I have intermittent problems with the air conditioning, cable, and roaches and not mention neighbors being taking away by the police. But I'm moving in less than a month so at least I can look forward to that.
Moving to a better situation, I hope!

Oh yes, without a doubt. Much more expensive but it in a nice area of Arlington and within walking distance of a metro so it will be more convienent traveling to work and school. Plus I'll be close to a friend from college which will be nice.

And it will be my first place on my own. I've always had roommates before but now I'll have own little one bedroom and I can't tell you how excited I am!

Pleasure, of course!

And glad to hear of your impending move to Arlington. There are some damn fine places to live in that area. I used to work at that Navy building up on the hill on Columbia Pike overlooking the Pentagon and absolutely loved my time up that way.

In fact, I STILL enjoy it when I can get up there....which is often enough, considering my company's HQ is in Arlington.

Have a great evening, m'dear.

Gotta move there first! Then maybe I can invite people into my world through some pictures . . . we'll see.

Ahh I know that area as well, I won't be far from there. I love all the good resturants in Arlington too, I'm gonna have to watch myself living within walking distance to so many nice places to go out.

Hope you have a nice evening as well.

Hey!

I'm all right, my air conditioning is off again so it's another hot night in the apartment.

Sounds like a good excuse to sit around naked. If you need an excuse, that is :D

Oh I don't need an excuse, I sleep naked already so that's not an issue.

Just two months ago we moved out of Arlington. We used to live in Arlington Court House Place in -- surprise, surprise -- Arlington Court House. It took us five minutes to walk to the (Court House!) Metro station, and fifteen minutes to get to work.

We would have loved to stay, but it was just far too expensive.

We could've been neighbors! Oh well, I know what you mean about expense but I needed to be near a metro and paying for convienence is worth it for me right now. I don't know if I'll be able to afford it once I'm done with school and my current position but it will be a nice place to call home for the next couple of years. I'm sure with a child now you have more important things to focus your money on though. :)
