I think that may be my favorite one of yours yet!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend, sweetie.
RavenousRae said:Thanks, it's an old one but glad you like it - I do too!
I had a nice weekend, ended up getting my car back which is extremely nice. My car has been getting work done for the past 2 weeks so I've missed having that freedom where you can go run errands whenever you want, I've also missed groceries!

Now, to convince you to drive that thing out next weekend to tour a brewery I'm considering visiting up that way.....
Romial said:Heya R. How have ya been? Kill all those roaches and neighbors yet?
I just bought a new car this week, so I'm enjoying that a lot. No more taking the bus for me, woo hoo.
Miss talking to you silly.
Moving to a better situation, I hope!RavenousRae said:Not particularly, I have intermittent problems with the air conditioning, cable, and roaches and not mention neighbors being taking away by the police. But I'm moving in less than a month so at least I can look forward to that.

RavenousRae said:Oh yes, without a doubt. Much more expensive but it in a nice area of Arlington and within walking distance of a metro so it will be more convienent traveling to work and school. Plus I'll be close to a friend from college which will be nice.
And it will be my first place on my own. I've always had roommates before but now I'll have own little one bedroom and I can't tell you how excited I am!

RavenousRae said:I've never been to a brewery before. Visiting for pleasure or business?
cg_allstar said:So, when are you going to invite us all over?![]()
1 Tall Prick said:Pleasure, of course!
And glad to hear of your impending move to Arlington. There are some damn fine places to live in that area. I used to work at that Navy building up on the hill on Columbia Pike overlooking the Pentagon and absolutely loved my time up that way.
In fact, I STILL enjoy it when I can get up there....which is often enough, considering my company's HQ is in Arlington.
Have a great evening, m'dear.

I'm all right, my air conditioning is off again so it's another hot night in the apartment.

Just two months ago we moved out of Arlington. We used to live in Arlington Court House Place in -- surprise, surprise -- Arlington Court House. It took us five minutes to walk to the (Court House!) Metro station, and fifteen minutes to get to work.RavenousRae said:Oh yes, without a doubt. We would have loved to stay, but it was just far too expensive.
