A Dom acquaintance of mine is VERY in to anal training and making his subs wear high heels (which looks odd since he's like 5'4" and they end up towering over him!)

He's commented that all too often women come to him with NO clue how to walk properly in really high (4"+) heels, and that putting his finger or a plug in their ass and making them walk encourages both the proper steps and the right sway of the hips

So it might affect your walk, but not necessarily in a BAD way

I've never actually used baby oil as a lube, though. It stayed on the outside of the body.

Vitamin E oil, Kama Sutra oils, and some of the good plant based oils that you can buy and add your own scents too are less messy & better for the skin anyway

Baby oil , kama sutra oils and most scents contain alcohol based perfumes that can burn like a bitch when used internally, if you are sensitive to them. Greasy stuff like vaseline or water based without scent avoids that issue.
