Go to User CP and click on Edit Profile... Custom User Title...

You will see a box that you can enter your new title...

could be real.. remember the angle of the camera mades a big difference to how large or small something looks, in contrast to the huge ring are the very small shoulders <grin> camera angles to weird things to perspective. But I shudder to even think of putting a small ring there. ouch. The skin is thick and sensitive there. It hurt to get the piercings I had and they were in thin skinned places. lol
