I changed jobs and had a really shitty first night, but the next two were much better! I am getting ready to switch to day shift this weekend, so I will have to try and act like a normal person again and sleep at night.

I start coaching the practice part of track tomorrow. Should be fun.

I may start my grad classes this summer and try to get the core shit over faster. If not, I will start in the fall. I should be done in 2 1/2 to 3 years. But, I am going to get my PhD one of these days too.

Yes sleep is good, and sleep is even better when it's normal. My body has been so messed up the past couple of days from jet-lag so I guess I kind of understand, but I bet it's much worse for you. *hugs*
