Fire, a friend is spoofing up a set of plans, I linked him to the site manion page, but wondered if there was anything spiefic?

There are a few things that I want in particular, but they are part of the clues.
The place is a warren, a couple of main floors, attics, basements; secret doors, walkways and cupboards. also some rooms that are taller than one floor, like the library - I want a vaulting ceiling there. Grand staircases, ballrooms, conservatory... every type of room that you can imagine - and then some. Perhaps if your friend just does a section of the house - perhaps one wing, and just a general "ballroom is in the east wing beside the library" "Servants quarters, 3rd floor, below the attics" etc etc description of the rest of the house.

Hey Talon, I was doing a bit of a stroll around on the net and I've found this which you might find useful. I have installed it on my PC and it works like a charm. Basically, once it is installed, you just need to right click and it gives you a spell check or you can add an icon to your existing toolbar. It works with Internet Explorer and all versions of Windows. It would make your posts much easier to read as quite often I loose the sense of what you are saying because I'm trying to decipher the spelling.
Anyway, its Freeware, and I think that everyone should have it!

Talon, I've entered your character profile on the site. I cropped the image a bit - removed the person on the ground.. being a historical type story, its pretty unlikely they would do a portrait quite like that.. having his shirt ripped to bits is pretty unlikely too unless they painted him like he'd just fallen down a cliff, but hey, maybe thats what he's looking at "Dear God! look how far I've fallen, How will I ever get up?!"
BTW being a "Cop" for Scotland yard - thats modern slang - he'd be an Officer I think.. or a Detective or something.. I don't really know, but I know he's not a Cop. Sorry, I hate being picky, but it makes it easier if everyone stays in the same century. I fixed the spelling for read-ability too.

Although this is an upper crust affair you might like to use some slang for the staff, etc. British Slang is a site that has slang and slang search.

Some upper-crusty things that might be referred to are:

Grand Tour: A trip a young person takes around contently Europe to gain experience and connections.

Coming out: A party where a young person is introduced to society. Once a girl comes out she is considered a Débutante.

Season: The season in London is a mad dash of events where balls and parties etc and thrown mostly to introduce the recent Debs to their future husbands.

Presented to Court: When a person is brought to meet the current ruler.

Peerage: Nobility, landed or not from Lord and Lady up.

Our Queen is Victoria, just emerged from a ten year mourning of her husband Prince Albert. Most of the PC's would have met her at least once and been at court more than that if nobly born.

OK Thanks for the Info Resources Lady's In light of All Ive read There Are A Few Changes I need to make to my Bio like Hes A Chef Inspector instead of A Lutinet For Scotland yard but Ill Keep the LT. And Add that Was once in the British Army like his Father and as For his Picture it is a family tradition to have A painting done One in the mist of Battle or adventure. The Musters Are An Ex centric Family .

Is it to late to have that Added to his bio.
