OOC Board for "Lune"

The gist behind this idea is that [ prepare yourself for a bit of banality ] werewolves are an increasingly rare breed, and thusly over the years have been forced to use their human forms for longer and longer amounts of time - even to the point where some have difficulty changing into their natural form when the full moon is present.

Since the breed is on it's way to dying out, the werewolves have developed the ability to allow them to sniff out others of their kind [ forgive me if this doesn't go along with other werewolve lore - I'm making it up as I go along ]. The smell of a female to a male [ and vice-versa ] usually proves to be one of the most potent aphrodisacs to the creature.

I'm not sure if I want to add more to it and give it some semblance of an actual plot, but I'm definatly open to ideas if you care to suggest any.

I think it's a great idea, and with one like this, it's better to flesh out the details once you have more characters, and everyone can define what they want.

I'd love to be a part of this, maybe someone who was just turned, or someone who's about to just get turned.

You have any rules on how to turn a human?

Keaton.
Executive Assistant, which is a glorified secretary in this company. He's been bored with his career for the last few years, and has gone out seeking danger and something more.
He would drink, fuck, and snort just about anyone and anything he could. It wasn't until some late weekend party at the coast when something attacked him, nearly killing him that he got scared enough to stop his old ways.
Now, he's trying to get sober, and his body is taking it very badly. Shaking, cold chills, and these horrish nightmares that he can't seem to shake in the daytime.
Something's wrong with him, but he doesn't know for sure. It could be the drugs, but it could be something else...
Something darker.

Samuel Cleon
Junior partner in a private detective agency. Was celebrated early in his carrer for having abnormal good luck and accurate hunches. Lately his work has been slipping, despite his usual efficiancy, relentless pursuit of his cases, and agressive nature. He has also recently turned to the bottle to try and erase the distrubing flashes that interrupt his waking hours. The drink also serves to explain why certain nights of been lost in a black haze.

Love the idea! Here's my contribution...

Leon
An out of towner who's settled in the area for some contract work on an engineering project. Always roaming, he's had problems settling down his whole life. Something always seems to be between him and the others - keeping him at arms length.

Women had always found him attractive - although difficult to live with. He, in turn, had found them more trouble than they were worth - although his needs kept him coming back to them. In the end he gave up on relationships and stuck with one night stands.

Although physically very robust, Leon is plagued by headaches and strange dreams, as well as some moodswings. He assumes these are due to his work - which is high stress.

was thinking of Lorna a young woman born to werewolf parents has never changed.....but thinking that the rush of arousal would trigger it.
