Alright character #2, also a Joe
Dr. Miles Krooner a brilliant scientist responsible for inventing much of the equipment used by the Joes. Dr. Krooner was at one point kidnapped by Cobra and tortured. He escaped but lost his left arm and his sight. He later created a set of electronic eyes not only restoring his sight but also enableling him to see in the dark. He also built a prostetic arm which also houses his own personal defense system. Krooner has been working on a set of robotic soilders for the government. Sureshot being the first.
