Madame Yu's twin brother is a shadowy figure of menace and cunning. Little is known about this notorius crime lord of Chinatown, but rumors abound. Chen Yu may have connections to the Wah Mee Triad. His critical link in the Golden Triangle has not been proven, but he is an ardent white-slaver and procures women for his sister's brothel. He enjoys the delights of the House of Celestial Pleasures where he has free reign to act our his darkest fantasies.
