Melissa had always known she would die in a car accident, so when the end came in the form of a head on collision, she was not surprised.
Surprise came later, when she woke up in the hospital and was told an EMT had pulled her out of her car window. Life seemed turned upside down, she had a few minor bruises, and the glass had shattered leaving some minute cuts. She was in surprisingly good shape, and probably would not have passed out except for the rolling flip her car did. At least that's what onlookers said her car did. She didn't remember anything other than the thought of "Oh shit this is the end," as the other vehicle impacted hers.
