Openings for new friends...

I sat back thinking of how much of a loner I've become. I lurk around the boards but don't really have anyone to "play" with....and I do this in my real life, too. I have a few good friends but I need more. Then something happens in your life to make you realize how precious this life is and how much a friend can touch you....so maybe this will be the easiest way for me to get involved in the population. I hope so

Oh Cate, You made me cry. I will miss Steve so much. He touched my life forever and I'll always cherish every minute we spent together. I just read the exchange you and Steve had on his 'Old Romantic' thread and it is almost haunting but then I realized they were really just like all your posts together.
