If you are referring to the IMG function you must do the following.

1. Save the picture to you own HD.
2. Find a server that will let you have free web space. I personally use www.50megs.com where you can get, You guessed it, 50 megabytes of free web space for a website. There are others that are also available, but you have to do a search for them.
3. Upload the picture from your HD to the website.
4. Click on the picture in your index to make it open.
5. Copy the URL address.
6.Come to Lit and in the reply box click IMG.
7. Place pointer over the little box that opens and right click
8. Paste the URL address there then click OK
