this is a somewhat weird question, but i decided to ask anyway.

since i read here about the importance of right breathing for orgasms i have been "practicing" a bit and it did help quite a bit - but in the last week or so the orgasms i have when masturbating are very weak. the thing is, i seem to be unable to breathe or can only breath very flat whenever i get close. now the thing is i have just arrived at a much higher altitude than i usually lived at and have been having some problems with altitude sickness, which in general seems to make me a bit more short breathed, and i have been wondering if that could be connected? it seems a bit strange to me, but it is almost frustrating, really...

i'm only speculating at this point, but here's what i think...

i think that it's not so much the breathing, or shortness of breath, that's causing the issue. i think it's more likely that the altitude has altered your blood flow and body chemistry because the air pressure is different and o2 levels may be a bit lower.

as i said, i can't substantiate it but that's my best guess off the top. give your body some time to adapt... maybe a mile-high member can proffer some other suggestions.

Mile high members are in pressurised cabins, they won't have much to offer.

good point... i hadn't thought of that. LOL!!!

how about non-plane mile-high members? can i salvage the thought that way?

Sound's like a plan :) let's go find some adventurous mountain climbers.

I am used to the altitude changes....dating a guy in high up in the Rockies helps ;)

Get your body used to it. Drink tons of water. A gallon is not too little! Let it go slow, dont force your body, do long walks to get used ot the air and to exercise again, but immediatly stop when you feel dizzy.

There is a formula on how long it takes to get used to altitude, but in general, I found it depends on each person. Funny thing, since my Asthma gotten a bit worse again it was easier for me to adjust.

Let sex go for a few days and when you no longer feel dizzy or so then try it again.

thanks... i really need to drink more water, i noticed today... else, i am mostly fine by now except i cant eat much yet, and of course the problem stated before... well i hope soon i am fully used to it.

actually, i wonder, does having sex up in the mountains count as mile high? and how high does it have to be?

sorry to push this back up, but... i am now here over a month, and i am pretty sure i am acclimatized and used to the altitude. last weekend i walked over 50 km and i didn't have any out of the normal problems, no altitude sickness or anything like that...

BUT my orgasms are still very weak. I have to point out, this is during masturbating, not sex (i rarely have orgasms during sex anyway), so I really wonder what the reason might be. I used to be able to come quite strongly when masturbating, and now all is similar in the build up to orgasm and everything. But then the orgasm always ends up being very weak. I wonder, could there be other reasons behind this?
