Had the same problem, use the edit icon bottom right of your post, do not think you can delete the post, but you can update it. I am using Imgur, upload your image, click on copy next to the option "Direct Link" and paste it into your post by clicking on the Image icon (Square with mountains) and paste the link in. Hope that helps.
