The full version is more for graphic designers anyway, you don't need it. I have it and open it maybe twice a year. Lightroom is my preference. I am signed up for the Adobe cloud and get both. The reason I asked, on the cloud version of lightroom they added a feature called "dehaze" and it is fantastic!
I've thought about Lightroom - it gets rave reviews, but Elements does for me at the moment.

Yeah, elements is a powerful program. A lot of people under rate it. But for photography it is all you really need. It can actually do a few things lightroom can't, like layers.
I've only really scratched the surface of it...I must go deeper!

Och, verra nice.
We did a driving trip through Scotland 10 years back and I have great memories of some beautiful lochs.
I also have memories of hideous weather, bitterly cold sleet and hail off the Inner Hebrides, but that's another story.
