Ok, I've just taken a short video of myself standing very still so that I can then cut the still images as recommended by ny11011, but when I tried to screen print or snagit the still image it wouldn’t let me get the bit with the image of me... (Does this make any sense?) I could copy anything else on the screen but not the space where the video was showing... Any Ideas anyone...?
