p_p_man may be nuts

Ah.... is it one of those long, boring, nothing much to do nights.

Don't you just hate them.

Now here is a topic I can get into; I don't think he is nuts, I just think he is a slightly more literate version of HKBJ - seeking attention with shit stirring instead of pleas for sympathy. Tonight he is not only boring, he is just plain lazy.

You'd better bet on it!

:D

Too bad, p_p_man, you could have stayed home with the rest of us ladies and ate bon bons all day and discuss why we should stay at home. You should not have admitted you have nuts.

ppman obviously doesnt get it that many homes this day in age wouldnt survive unless there were TWO incomes from TWO different people...unless everyone were living in a gay household..with two men...WOMEN HAVE TO WORK!!! get over it!

Two incomes today are only the norm because years ago the woman wanted more consumer goods and quickly.

The only way they could do it was for the woman to go out to work to earn a "little extra".

Soon the employers realised that women were cheaper to employ, took on more of them and the men lost their jobs...

Soon that "little extra" bacame the mainstay of the family income...

Today's family financial problems can all be blamed on women's greed.

You are way off on this one p_p_man, that is to be expected of course. Women working has become the norm because a lot of men did not make it back from WWII. The woman were already working (keeping the place going I may add) and continued to do so after the war. Then we have the men that cannot be faithful to anyone but Mr. Happy in their pants so they leave the women. What are we supposed to do then? Life does not end when he walks out. There are still bills to pay and a family to feed.

p_p_man, you have quoted the correct person in your sig. line, you want to write history yourself also. *shaking head*

After WWII women went back to being homebuilders.

Remember all thise TV ads of the 1950s?

The present rot grew from Germaine Greer, who's now admitted she was wrong, burning bras and the Womens Lib movement. The idiotic thinking that women could hack it in the workplace as the working equal of men didn't take hold until the 1960s.

No, p_p_man I do not remember ads of the 50's. I was not born until 1966. And sure women built homes as well as anything else stable. Everyone knows men can't measure...just ask one how big their cock is and see what he says. Measurement is WAY off.

As for burning bras? No way am I burning my Victoria's Secret bras! Are you jealous that you have to stuff yours with toilet paper? Come on p_p_man, get over yourself.

In that case your points must, to a certain extent, be ignored.

What I am posting is what happened..not what I was taught (probably from a woman teacher with biased views who would be much better employed staying at home. raising the kids and keeping the breadwinner happy!)

So anybody posting on events that occured before they were born is automatically to be dismissed?

By the end of the fifties, you were all of seven years old. All you knew how to do was wipe your ass without smearing your nuts...barely.

I know I owe you a pint but don't push it.

Look at my profile. I'm 58. by the end of the 50s I was 17-18.

*Pssst* I think your math is bad. PP was more like 17 by the end of the 50's. Isn't he almost 60 now? The rest of your description I'm sure is still accurate, however.

I added incorrectly. You're still wrong. If everyone had your attitude nobody would study history and we'd still be chasing down brontoburgers with stone-tipped spears.

At least I'll give you that Cheyenne.

You do your research!
