Paradise (closed)

Red had a hard time getting Tom to go. He wanted to stay with her. She looked to Alex for some help in getting him to go, letting him down gently somehow. Tom was not pleased. The jealousy he felt was apparent.

The mayor was being difficult, he was a jealous person and he didn’t seem to like the fact that Alex was “staying” there. He rolled his eyes and walked over, he hated how petty the Mayor was how easily he allowed himself to get worked up and then throw a hissy fit. He was getting in the way of his investigation and he was also getting in the way of justice for the poor girls who had been killed, not that he cared about any thing but his precious Ms. Red. If only he knew the truth, if only he knew how much she didn’t actually care and how they had spent their day together.

He convinced the Mayor to leave and saw him out the door chatting as friendly with him as he could before closing and locking the house, Paradise had never been a town where you needed to lock your doors at night and it saddened him to know some one was endangering his people, the people he had been charged with protecting.

“I’m going to bed” He murmured to Ms. Red pausing to grab a drink before walking up the stair case, he reached her door and opened it pausing to shut it before he took a long sip of his drink. The alcohol warmed through his body and he sighed before putting it down and pulling off his shirt and jacket.
