4 & 5 cups down the hatch. The 5th one was a little stronger taste. The first few times I started to drink it, I started in the shower pour some over my face and a little in my mouth I used the shower water to ease the taste of it, by the 4th or 5th time I got use to the taste and now it’s no problem to drink my own.
